BIO

I am an architect living in Denver, Colorado with a high passion for the photography of the people and elements found in the built environments within which we all live. A natural association, life comes to us with wonderful opportunities to capture oftentimes very accidental moments to help preserve the emotional cord that gets struck within us by our surroundings. With a focus on architectural imagery, I believe it is my practicing as an architect which helps me capture lines and angles of the built realm that typically go unseen. From the most contemporary to the absolute vernacular, there is beauty in so very much around us, all that it takes is an open eye.

From September 8 to October 8 of 2009, I spent all thirty-one days traveling to eleven different cities doing nothing but walking the streets of Boston to Bogota, New Orleans to Chicago to photograph all things in the built environment. As a literal ‘launch’ of my committing to the profession of photography, I am very excited to show my works and advance as a photographer.
